In case of any problem
If there is any problem with the items the Purchaser will advise Black Mountain Guitars at which point the following will happen providing no monies have been paid to the Seller:
If monies have been paid to the Seller`:
Far better and cheaper to resolve any problems directly.
PLEASE NOTE: Black Mountain Guitars has NO involvement in after sales situations. Our involvement ends when monies are paid to the Seller
- Read our Terms and Conditions
- Read carefully the description of any items
- Ask any questions to Black Mountain Guitars who will contact the Seller and respond accordingly
- If you want to make an offer we will discuss the viability of it with you and if agreed present to the Seller
- If item is purchased money will be paid to Black Mountain Guitars
- Black Mountain Guitars will advise the Seller of the sale who will pack, insure and despatch as quickly as possible
- On receipt Purchaser must check. If all OK Black Mountain Guitars must be advised and Seller will be paid

In case of any problem
If there is any problem with the items the Purchaser will advise Black Mountain Guitars at which point the following will happen providing no monies have been paid to the Seller:
- The Purchaser will inform Black Mountain Guitars of the problem
- Black Mountain Guitars will inform the Seller of the problem
- The Seller must contact the Purchaser via the details given by PayPal
- Both parties must discuss and, if appropriate, arrange for the return of the goods
- If a discount is accepted or return of the items agreed Black Mountain Guitars will be informed by both parties
- The Purchaser is responsible for safe packing, insuring and despatching the items
- If a discount is agreed the Seller, on safe return of the item(s) will advise Black Mountain Guitars who will reimburse the Purchaser as agreed by both parties.
- Black Mountain Guitars will charge the Seller 10% for this service to cover costs and PayPal charges payable in advance based on the sale price
If monies have been paid to the Seller`:
- Black Mountain Guitars will have no involvement after monies have been paid to the Seller
- We will however advise if requested by the Seller and try and resolve any problems for which a 15% surcharge will be made based on the sale price
- The surcharge must be paid by the Seller BEFORE any involvement by Black Mountain Guitars
- We will not get involved in or advise on any Legal matters
- There is no guarantee that Black Mountain Guitars can resolve any issue
